# Corrections

When we find or are told about a factual error on a Finbryn page or post, we correct the page and record the change here with the date, the page, what it said and what it says now. Typo fixes are not logged. To report a mistake, write to hello@finbryn.com with the page and the line.

## What we log

A correction is a change to a fact a reader could act on: a figure, a date, a deadline, a form number, a rule or a source. Changes to wording or layout are not corrections. The page's "Updated" date moves when a correction is made.

## How to report an error

Email hello@finbryn.com with the page address and the sentence you think is wrong. If you have a source, include it. Our [editorial policy](/editorial-policy) explains which sources we treat as authoritative.
