Terms in your engagement letter
Notice period, onboarding scope and anything billed separately, such as Corporate Tax preparation support, are set out in writing before work starts.
You keep the subscription
Your Xero, QuickBooks Online or Zoho Books file stays in your own company's name regardless of the scope agreed.

Why is there no published rate card for the UAE yet?
We would rather quote against your actual licence type and volume than publish a figure that fits mainland, free zone and multi-entity groups equally badly. A rate card is planned once we have quoted enough UAE engagements to publish one honestly.
How quickly will I see a quote?
Within one business day of the call, written in AED so you can compare it against anything else you are looking at.
Does the quote include Corporate Tax or VAT preparation support?
Ask for it to be scoped in. Bookkeeping and Corporate Tax or VAT preparation support are usually quoted together, but each is priced against the actual volume of work involved.
Is there a setup fee before the first month starts?
A one-off setup fee applies to cover chart of accounts review, bank feed connections and clearing any backlog before ongoing monthly work begins. It is confirmed in your written quote, not added as a surprise on the first invoice.
Does a free zone entity cost more to quote than a mainland one?
Not automatically. The quote follows your transaction volume and entity count more than the licence type itself, though a Qualifying Free Zone Person filing does add a scoped preparation step.
Can I get a rough figure before booking a call?
