Capacity your practice controls, under a name your clients already trust

A dedicated bookkeeper or accountant working entirely inside your own client files, your own software and your own review process, billed to the practice.

Short answer

Finbryn places dedicated outsourced bookkeepers inside UAE accounting and tax agent practices, billed to the practice itself, never to its clients. Compliance responsibility, client relationships and final sign-off all stay with your firm. Our team works inside your own Xero, QuickBooks Online or Zoho Books files, under your instructions, with a named individual or small pod attached to each engagement.

What a practice actually gets

  • Nothing carries our name to your client

Every deliverable sits inside your own practice management system, under your own letterhead, reviewed by your staff before a client ever sees it.

  • Priced by seniority, not by client headcount

A fee tied to the level of the person doing the work, not one that quietly scales up every time your client roster grows.

  • Built around the Corporate Tax filing calendar

Capacity that flexes for the run-up to Corporate Tax registration deadlines, VAT filing peaks, or a batch of free zone renewals landing in the same month, without a permanent hire for a workload that passes.

  • A named person, a written handover if that changes

The individual or pod assigned to your practice is named to you directly, and any change comes with a written memo before the handover happens, not after.

Questions

Questions a UAE practice usually asks first

Does representation before the Federal Tax Authority stay with us?

Yes, entirely. We provide bookkeeping and preparation capacity behind the scenes. Any representation before the Federal Tax Authority stays with your practice's own tax agent listed with the FTA, never with us.

Do we have to disclose to clients that any work is outsourced?

That decision sits with your practice. We work strictly under your instructions, and nothing we produce carries our name unless you decide otherwise.

Is there a setup fee before capacity starts?

No separate setup fee. Pricing and any onboarding scope sit in your engagement letter, based on the role and seniority you need.

Can capacity flex between free zone-heavy and mainland-heavy client work?

Yes. A practice serving a mix of DMCC, JAFZA, DIFC, ADGM, RAKEZ or IFZA clients alongside mainland companies gets capacity sized to that actual mix rather than a single generic rate.

What is the difference between a standing pod and a one-off overflow project?

A pod is billed continuously for ongoing capacity; an overflow project is quoted for a fixed piece of work with its own end date, such as clearing a specific client backlog. Most practices start with whichever fits the immediate need and move to the other model once the workload settles.

Can we scale capacity down once a filing season passes?

Yes, with notice. The exact notice period and any transition steps are set out in your engagement letter rather than negotiated informally once the quiet period actually arrives.
