One named person, never a support queue
Call, message or use the form below, and a specific person on the team picks it up.
Finbryn can be reached at +966 54 478 2054 or hello@finbryn.com, or through the form below with a short note on your licence type, the software you already use, and what you actually need. Calls are booked in Gulf business hours, and a named person, not a shared queue, handles what comes in.
How to reach us
Phone
Call or message +966 54 478 2054. Calls book into your own Gulf business hours rather than asking you to work around ours.
Email
Write to hello@finbryn.com directly. A named person on the team reads it, not a generic mailbox.
The form
Use the form below to describe your licence type and software, and expect a follow-up with actual next steps.
Once you are a client
Questions route straight to your named pod, so the same person who already knows your file answers the next one.

Questions
Before you send something in
Is there a support ticket system or queue behind this?
No. We confirm scope in writing before work starts, and after that, questions go to a named person rather than sitting in a queue waiting for whoever is free.
Can I message instead of calling?
Yes, +966 54 478 2054 takes a message as well as a call, and it reaches the same named contact either way.
Can I ask about pricing before booking a call?
Yes. The pricing page explains how a quote in AED gets built, or ask directly and we will point you to the scope that actually fits your business.
What is worth including in the form?
Whether you run a mainland or free zone licence, your current software, and whatever specifically in your books is behind schedule or unclear.
What actually happens once the form is submitted?
Someone on the team reads what you sent and either answers directly or arranges a short call if the question needs more context first. There is no need to chase separately unless you genuinely have not heard anything back.
Is it fine to reach out while still comparing providers, not ready to switch?
Yes, a comparison question gets the same treatment as any other. We would rather give a straight answer now than have someone switch later based on an assumption that turned out to be wrong.
Next step
A call usually settles it faster
Book a time directly and skip the back-and-forth over email.
