Capacity for firms, white-labeled

For accounting and tax firms

Short answer

Finbryn adds capacity behind UAE accounting, bookkeeping and tax practices: white-label bookkeeping, Corporate Tax and VAT filing season prep support, dedicated staff pods, backlog cleanup projects, a review pass before partner sign-off, and outsourced capacity planning. Anything filed with the Federal Tax Authority still goes through your own tax agent registered with the Federal Tax Authority.

Capacity behind your own FTA standing

UAE accounting, bookkeeping and tax practices carry their own standing with the Federal Tax Authority once they represent a client, and a back-office team cannot borrow that. Finbryn does not hold Tax Agent status with the Federal Tax Authority. Our team works inside your Xero, QuickBooks Online or Zoho Books file, to your review standard, and every Corporate Tax return, VAT return or query still goes out through your own practice, through a tax agent registered with the Federal Tax Authority where one is needed.

What we take on and what stays with your practice

What we take on is production: categorising transactions, reconciling bank feeds, tying trial balances, organising the paperwork behind a Corporate Tax return or a VAT return, and building draft workpapers to your practice's own format. What stays with your practice is everything the Federal Tax Authority requires directly from a registered person: submitting the Corporate Tax or VAT return, handling a Federal Tax Authority query, and any UBO or Economic Substance Regulations filing tied to a client entity. A named person at your practice reviews and files every return we help prepare.

Six ways UAE practices use us

Some practices start with white-label bookkeeping for a block of monthly clients, produced under their own name. Others need extra hands around the Corporate Tax filing window that follows a financial year end, or a dedicated staff pod sized to a specific client book, ecommerce sellers, trading companies and free zone entities included. Practices picking up a new client list use overflow cleanup projects to clear backlog months. Some want a second pass on a file before it reaches the partner, which is review support. And practices still deciding whether outsourced capacity fits their model start with outsourced capacity planning, a scoped pilot before any client file moves.

Where the work happens

Northlane Solutions Inc. is the US company you contract with. Pod hours overlap the end of your UAE working day, so a file handed off before you close often comes back reconciled the next morning.

Questions

Frequently asked questions: For accounting and tax firms

Do you hold Tax Agent status with the Federal Tax Authority or file anything directly?

No. We do not hold Tax Agent status with the Federal Tax Authority. Every Corporate Tax return, VAT return or Federal Tax Authority filing goes out through your practice's own registration or through a tax agent registered with the Federal Tax Authority.

Can your clients tell the bookkeeping is produced outsourced?

Only if you tell them. Deliverables carry your practice's own branding and templates, and nothing on the client side names our team unless you choose to disclose it.

How is our client data kept secure across the handoff?

Access follows least privilege principles, with a written device policy and a signed data handling agreement in place before any client file reaches our team.

Can capacity flex around the Corporate Tax filing deadline?

Yes. Practices often add support in the weeks before a client's Corporate Tax return is due, nine months after the tax period ends, and scale it back once filings clear.

What is not included when a practice engages white-label support?

We produce workpapers, reconciliations and draft returns to your practice's own standard. We do not hold Tax Agent status, file anything with the Federal Tax Authority, or take on your firm's professional liability. Filing and sign-off stay with your practice's own registered person, as they do today.

How is pricing structured for practices?

Pricing runs on a pod or per-engagement basis depending on whether you want dedicated capacity or project work, not one rate for every practice. Volume, review depth and turnaround are agreed up front and confirmed in your engagement letter before any client file is touched.
