Canada edition

Pick a time. We fit your province, not the other way round.

Tell us where you are incorporated and which provinces you sell into, and we will build the scope around that before quoting a number.

The process

What happens after you pick a time

  1. Tell us your setup

Province of incorporation, other provinces you sell into, and whether you currently charge GST, HST or both.

  2. Read-only look at your books

We check your current QuickBooks Online, Xero or Sage 50 file to see how far behind, if at all, the reconciliations run.

  3. A price in Canadian dollars, in writing

Within one business day you get a scope naming the plan, the GST/HST or T2 handoff if you need it, and the monthly figure.

  4. You decide, on your own clock

No pressure on the call itself. Take the written scope to your own adviser if that helps you decide.

Questions

Before you pick a time

Do I need to know if I charge GST or HST before I book?

No. If you are not sure, tell us your province and we will confirm which one applies to your sales during the call.

Is there a cost to book a time?

No, and picking a time does not commit you to signing anything.

Can you take the call outside Eastern business hours?

Yes. Tell us your province and we will offer times that fit it, not only Eastern Canada.

What if my books are a mess or years behind?

Say so when you book. Catch-up work is common and gets its own line in the written scope rather than blocking the quote.

What should I have ready before the call to make it useful?

Roughly which software you use, if any, how many provinces you operate in, and a rough sense of whether your last few months are reconciled. None of that needs to be exact; the call is where we work out the real starting point together.

Can I reschedule or cancel the call after booking?

Yes. The booking confirmation includes a link to move or cancel the time without needing to email in first. If something comes up close to the call time, reaching out through the contact page also works.
