Get a written scope and price
Within one business day of the call, you receive a written scope and a price, not a verbal estimate.
Decide
Take the scope to your own adviser if you want a second opinion. There is no pressure to sign on the call.

Before you book
Does the call cost anything?
No. The first call is free and does not commit you to anything.
What should I have ready?
Access to your current books or a rough sense of what is behind, and the software you use or want to use. We can work with an incomplete picture.
How soon after the call do I get a price?
Within one business day, in writing, so you can compare it against anything else you are considering.
What if I am not ready to switch yet?
That is fine. Many calls are exploratory, and we will tell you plainly if now is not the right time to switch.
Can I reschedule the call once it is booked?
Yes. A reschedule link is included in your confirmation email, so you can move the call to a different time without emailing back and forth. Please give at least a few hours' notice if you can, so the slot can be offered to someone else.
Will I speak with the same person who ends up working on my account?
Not always the exact same individual, but the person on the call briefs your named pod directly on what was discussed before your first month starts, so you are not repeating your situation from scratch once the actual bookkeeping work begins.
