Talk through your accounts
We ask about your entities, your VAT position under OSS or IOSS where relevant, and your software, so the scope reflects your business rather than a template.
Get a written scope and price
Within one business day of the call, you receive a written scope and a price in euros, not a verbal estimate.
Decide
Take the scope to your own accountant if you want a second opinion. There is no pressure to sign on the call.

Does the call cost anything?
No. The first call is free and does not commit you to anything.
Will the call be scheduled around EU time zones?
Yes. Tell us your time zone when you book and we will offer times that fit your business hours, not just ours.
What should I have ready?
A rough sense of which member states you operate or sell into, your current software, and what is behind in your books, if anything.
How soon after the call do I get a price?
Within one business day, in writing and in euros, so you can compare it against anything else you are considering.
Can I book a call about an EU entity alongside one in another region?
Yes, tell us about every entity in the message before the call, including which member states they sit in, and we will scope the whole group in one conversation rather than booking a separate call for each entity.
What if I am not sure whether we need bookkeeping, VAT support or both?
That is a normal starting point for a call. Bring your most recent accounts or bank statement if you have one, and we will work out on the call which service, or combination, actually fits before anything is quoted.
