Capacity for your practice, not a second brand.
Dedicated bookkeepers for Canadian accounting practices, working inside your own software and your review process.
Finbryn staffs Canadian accounting practices with dedicated bookkeepers, billed directly to your firm rather than sold to your clients. Your own practitioners keep review, client relationships and every filing that needs a Canada-resident EFILE registrant or a provincially licensed public accountant; our team handles bookkeeping, reconciliations and cleanup inside your own QuickBooks Online, Xero or Sage 50 practice setup.
What Canadian firms use us for
Capacity, not a competing brand
Nothing we produce carries the Finbryn name to your clients. Work is prepared inside your practice management stack and checked by your own team before it goes out.
Named pod, recorded handover
Each engagement gets a named pod. If staffing ever changes, a recorded handover memo goes to your team so nothing about a client file is lost in the transition.
T1 and T2 season overflow
Extra bookkeeping and reconciliation capacity while your team runs T1 and T2 season, so your own EFILE-registered preparers can focus on filing and review, not data entry.
Priced by seniority, not by client
You pay for a dedicated team member, from bookkeeper through senior accountant, with billing terms set out in your engagement letter, not a per-client markup on top of your own fees.
Questions
Questions Canadian firms ask first
Will your clients know the work is outsourced?
That is your call. We work inside your practice, under your instructions, and nothing we send carries our name unless you want it to.
Who files T1 or T2 returns for your clients?
Your firm does. CRA's EFILE program requires the filer to be a Canadian resident with a valid SIN, so filing and signature stay with your own EFILE-registered preparers, not our team.
What software do you work in?
Yours. We work inside the QuickBooks Online, Xero or Sage 50 setup your firm already runs, rather than a separate platform.
What happens if our dedicated person changes?
You get a recorded handover memo describing what changed and what your new contact needs to know, sent before the transition, not after.
Can we start with one client file before committing to more?
Yes. A pilot scope covering a small file set is the usual starting point, so your reviewing partners can judge the output before any broader rollout. Capacity then scales with your client roster once the pilot has run a full cycle.
Do you work under our firm's name or your own?
Under yours. Reports carry your firm's templates and letterhead, and your clients see your firm's name throughout, not ours. Delivery runs through your practice-management workflow so there is no client-visible handoff at any point in the process, from intake through review.
