Setup and compliance

Registered agent coordination

Short answer

Finbryn coordinates between the correspondence a UAE entity receives from its licensing authority, the FTA and, where relevant, MOHRE, and the compliance calendar that tracks renewal and response deadlines, so a licence, UBO or ESR notice gets logged and acted on instead of sitting unread across separate government portals.

What the notices actually are

A UAE company receives correspondence from several separate platforms once it is formed: renewal reminders from its free zone authority or the Department of Economic Development, registration and filing prompts from the FTA's EmaraTax portal, and, for a company with UAE national employees, GPSSA contribution notices routed through MOHRE. Each sits behind its own login, and a notice missed in one does not surface as a warning anywhere else.

What we coordinate

We log every notice against a single compliance calendar built from the entity's licence, FTA registration and, where it applies, ESR filing dates, then flag which one needs a response and by when. Where an appointed PRO or authorised corporate service provider handles the actual portal submission, we coordinate with them directly, so the notice does not sit unanswered while ownership of the task is unclear between the company and its representative.

Who actually holds the representative role

We do not act as a company's PRO, government-relations contact or FTA representative ourselves; those roles sit with the individual or authorised party the company appoints. Our role is keeping the calendar and the paper trail, so whoever holds that role always knows what is due and by when.

What happens if something is missed

A missed licence renewal can put a company out of good standing to trade or renew visas. A missed FTA prompt can delay a tax clearance a bank or a tender requires. A missed WPS salary transfer through the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation's system can flag the company for a labour-ban risk. None of this shows up until someone asks for the document, which is why the calendar runs continuously rather than at the point something is needed.

Where this connects

This runs alongside foreign ownership and free zone compliance for the ownership-specific detail. Northlane Solutions Inc. is the company you contract with. See the pricing page for how this fits into an engagement.

Questions

Frequently asked questions: Registered agent coordination

Do you act as our PRO or government-relations contact?

No. We coordinate with whoever holds that role for you, whether that is an in-house PRO or an authorised corporate service provider; we do not hold the role ourselves.

What happens if a trade licence renewal is missed?

It can put the company out of good standing to trade, renew employee visas, or open accounts. Grace periods vary by authority, which is why the renewal date sits on a tracked calendar rather than a reminder someone has to remember.

Does this cover WPS salary transfer deadlines too?

Yes, where a client runs payroll through the Wage Protection System. A missed WPS transfer window can trigger a labour-ban risk, so it sits on the same calendar as the licence and FTA deadlines.

How is this priced?

Pricing depends on how many licences, free zone authorities and registrations the entity holds and how often they renew. The exact scope is set out in writing before the engagement starts.

Do you act as our registered agent?

No. A registered agent must maintain a physical address in the state of formation. We coordinate with the agent you appoint so nothing they receive gets missed.

What happens if a notice is missed?

A missed service-of-process notice can lead to a default judgment, and a missed state notice can put the entity out of good standing, which is why forwarding and logging sit on a tracked calendar rather than an inbox.

What software works with registered agent coordination?

Registered agent coordination runs inside Google Workspace or DocuSign, whichever you already use. If you are not yet set up in either, we can configure a file in your name so you keep ownership of it once the engagement is under way.

How do we get started with registered agent coordination?

Getting started with registered agent coordination begins with a short review of your current records and software access. Once that is done we confirm scope and timing in writing, and ongoing work begins on the schedule agreed with you.
