For accounting firms
White-label bookkeeping
White-label bookkeeping from Finbryn means your Canadian accounting or bookkeeping firm's clients see your firm's name on every report while a named pod does the categorizing, reconciling and reporting behind it, built to your firm's chart-of-accounts standard under ASPE or IFRS and delivered through your existing workflow.

The client sees your firm, not us
A Canadian firm's brand is the whole point of this service. Every trial balance, reconciliation and monthly report leaves our hands blank and comes back under your firm's letterhead, using your firm's own tone and layout for client emails, not a template we impose. Nobody on the client side sees a login screen, an email domain or a signature block that is not yours.
The chart of accounts stays yours
Onboarding is mostly a mapping exercise: your close checklist, your GST/HST coding rules, the way your firm treats a shareholder loan or an intercompany balance. ASPE is the default for a private Canadian corporation, and we switch to IFRS wherever a lender, parent company or investor already requires it on a specific file. Once that mapping is set, a new bookkeeper we assign to your files follows the same rules the last one did, so nothing drifts month to month.
One file, three common platforms
Most Canadian practices run client work through QuickBooks Online, Xero or Sage 50, sometimes with Dext handling receipt capture on top. We meet each client where they already are. Nobody gets migrated to a platform they did not choose just because it suits us.
Capacity that moves with your roster
Each client file carries its own capacity line, so ten new write-up engagements this quarter add exactly ten lines to the invoice, and a client who leaves removes one. There is no separate contract renegotiation either way.
Where the line sits at filing time
What we build stops at the trial balance and the reports behind it. Once a client's file heads into T1 or T2 season, that work runs through busy-season T1 and T2 prep support instead, and your firm's own EFILE-registered preparer is the one who reviews, signs and transmits the return.
Questions
Frequently asked questions: White-label bookkeeping
Will your clients ever interact with our team directly?
Only if your firm sets it up that way. Most firms keep all client-facing communication with their own staff and use us purely for production.
Can you match our firm's specific chart of accounts and GST/HST codes?
Yes. We build to your firm's existing chart-of-accounts, close checklist and GST/HST coding rather than asking your clients to adapt to ours.
Do you work inside QuickBooks Online, Xero and Sage 50?
Yes, along with Dext for receipt capture where a firm already uses it, depending on what your firm already runs.
What exactly is included in white-label bookkeeping?
Client books sorted into categories and reconciled monthly against your firm's chart-of-accounts standard, and reports formatted on your firm's templates and letterhead, not ours. This work runs inside QuickBooks Online or Xero, whichever your business already has in place, and it rolls into your regular monthly close rather than sitting off to the side as a separate, unreconciled process.
What happens to our white-label bookkeeping records if we switch providers?
Everything stays inside your own QuickBooks Online or Xero account, so the full history transfers with the subscription, not with Finbryn. You can hand white-label bookkeeping to another provider or bring it in-house at any point without losing a reconciliation or having to rebuild the file first.
Do your clients know the work is outsourced?
That is your call. Deliverables carry your branding and nothing on the client side names our firm unless you want it to.
Can you match our existing workpaper standards?
Yes. We build to whatever standard your review process already expects, rather than asking you to adopt ours.
What is included in white-label bookkeeping?
White-label bookkeeping covers client books sorted into categories and reconciled monthly against your firm's chart-of-accounts standard and reports formatted on your firm's templates and letterhead, not ours. The exact scope is agreed and set out in writing before work starts, so you know precisely what is and is not covered before the first deliverable arrives.
How is white-label bookkeeping priced?
Pricing for white-label bookkeeping depends on your transaction volume, the software you use, and how much cleanup is needed before ongoing work starts. Current ranges are published on the pricing page, and your exact fee is confirmed in writing before anything begins.
