Free tools, priced in euros, no sign-up.
Estimate your monthly bookkeeping cost or check which reporting framework fits your entity.
Finbryn's tools page links to a cost calculator priced in euros and a checklist comparing local GAAP against IFRS for SMEs, built for EU business owners deciding how to structure their reporting. Nothing you enter is stored unless you choose to send it to us, and none of the results replace advice from your own accountant of record.

Questions
Using these tools
Are these tools free?
Yes, and no sign-up is required to use them.
Is the calculator result a real quote?
It is an estimate in euros. A written price follows a short call, once we have looked at your actual accounts.
Does the GAAP checklist tell me what to file?
No. It is a starting point for a conversation with your own accountant of record, not a filing recommendation.
Do you store what I enter?
No, unless you choose to send your results to us through the form.
Are the EU tools kept current as VAT rules change?
Yes, the OSS, IOSS and threshold figures behind these tools are checked against the official EU sources listed in our facts file, and updated when a rule changes, such as the minor ViDA clarifications for OSS and IOSS users due January 2027.
Can I use a tool built for one member state to estimate for another?
The OSS and IOSS mechanics are EU-wide, so the threshold and consignment-value tools apply the same way regardless of which member state you are registered in. A tool built around a specific national rule, where one exists, will say so.
