Controller

For visitors and clients based in a European Union member state, Northlane Solutions Inc., trading as Finbryn, acts as controller under Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation. Any question about how your data is handled goes to privacy@finbryn.com.

Data we collect

Submitting a form, requesting a call or entering figures into a cost calculator on this site gives us the fields you filled in, most commonly a name, business email, company name, phone number and the content of your message. We process this to respond to you, to move towards a contract if you become a client, and where relevant to meet a legal obligation such as keeping records of a business relationship.

Recipients of your data

Running this site involves a handful of processors working strictly on our instructions: Vercel for hosting, Supabase for storing submitted form entries, Resend for sending confirmation emails, Cloudflare for domain resolution and filtering automated form abuse, and Cal.com or Calendly for the booking calendar, which only loads after you click to book a call. Vercel Analytics reports visit numbers without a cookie, and a form submission also triggers an internal Telegram alert to our team that contains no personal data.

Transfers outside the EU

Our delivery team, who carry out the accounting and bookkeeping work you engage us for, is based in Pakistan. The European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision for Pakistan, so personal data reaching that team is covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses under Article 46 GDPR, together with a transfer impact assessment prepared under SCC Clause 14, documenting that the transfer stays properly protected once the data leaves the EU.

How long we retain data

We keep what you have given us for as long as you remain a prospective or current client, plus a further period needed for our own bookkeeping and legal obligations, after which we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, ask us to correct or erase it, restrict our processing, object to it, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Send that request to privacy@finbryn.com. You are also free to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your own member state, or contact the European Data Protection Board for general guidance on how that works.
