Who this policy covers

Northlane Solutions Inc., trading as Finbryn, handles personal information collected from businesses in Australia in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988. Reach us on +1 (224) 593-2454 or by emailing privacy@finbryn.com about anything in this policy.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, ask for a call, or run the numbers through a calculator on this site, we collect what you enter, typically a name, business email, company and phone number. We collect it to respond to your enquiry, put together a proposal, and, once you engage us, to deliver bookkeeping and preparation-support work.

Who we disclose it to

A short list of service providers help operate this site under our direction: Vercel for hosting, Supabase for storing form submissions, Resend for confirmation email, Cloudflare for domain resolution and a check that filters automated form abuse, and Cal.com or Calendly for the booking calendar, which loads only once you click to book a call. Vercel Analytics counts visits without a cookie, and a Telegram message alerts our team when a form comes in, without carrying any personal information in that alert.

Sending information overseas

The bookkeeping and preparation-support work is carried out by our team in Pakistan. Under Australian Privacy Principle 8, before we disclose your personal information to that overseas team, we take reasonable steps to satisfy ourselves that it will be handled in a way consistent with the APPs, through a written agreement covering how the Pakistan team may use and protect it. We remain accountable here in Australia for how that overseas team handles your information.

How long we hold information

We keep enquiry and client information for as long as our relationship continues and for a further period to meet our own accounting and legal record-keeping needs, and delete or de-identify it once that period passes.

Access and correction

You can ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by writing to privacy@finbryn.com. If you think we have mishandled your information and are not satisfied with how we resolve it, you can raise the matter with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
