Who controls your data here

Northlane Solutions Inc., operating this site as Finbryn, controls the personal data this Saudi Arabia edition collects, for the purposes of the Kingdom's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and the regulator that administers it, the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA). What gets collected, and on what basis

Booking a call, submitting the contact form, or running a calculator on this site collects only what you type: your name, business email, phone number, entity name and any message you add. We rely on this either to move toward a contract with you, such as putting together a scope and a quote, or on a legitimate interest in operating this business that we weigh against your own rights under the PDPL. Nothing collected here is used beyond replying to you and carrying out the work you asked for.

Where it passes through

A short list of processors keeps this site running on our behalf: Vercel hosts it from the United States, Supabase stores submitted form entries in whichever region that service is configured for, Resend sends confirmation emails, Cloudflare resolves the domain and screens for bots, and Cal.com or Calendly loads a booking calendar only once you choose to book. A Telegram alert notifies our team internally when a form arrives, carrying no personal detail. Visit counts come from Vercel Analytics without a cookie.

The step that sends data to Pakistan

Actually preparing your books happens with our delivery team in Pakistan, working to Northlane Solutions Inc.'s instructions under contract. Because that is a transfer outside the Kingdom, a data processing agreement covering the cross-border safeguards the PDPL sets out is put in place before any Saudi Arabia client's data reaches that team, alongside our own internal access controls.

How long records sit with us

Enquiry and client records stay with us for as long as the relationship runs, plus a further period afterwards to satisfy our own accounting and legal record-keeping duties, after which they are deleted or stripped of anything identifying.

What the PDPL lets you ask for

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, ask for deletion, or object to a particular use, each subject to the conditions and exceptions the PDPL itself sets. Send any of these to privacy@finbryn.com and expect a response inside the timeframe the law allows. If our answer does not resolve it, the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority is the body that hears a complaint about how a controller has handled your data.
