What a Saudi practice asks before staffing us
Will our clients know a Saudi outsourced team touched their file?
Only if your practice chooses to say so. Every schedule we prepare is unbranded and sits inside your own review chain.
Who signs the audit report and who talks to ZATCA?
Your SOCPA-licensed auditor signs the report. Any objection or filing lodged directly with ZATCA runs through a ZATCA-licensed tax agent your practice appoints; our pod prepares the underlying figures for both.
Is there a setup fee before a bookkeeper is staffed?
No separate setup fee. What you pay depends on the seniority level requested, and it is confirmed in your engagement letter before staffing starts.
What happens if the staffed person moves to another engagement?
A written handover memo reaches your practice before the change takes effect, covering open items and anything the next person needs to pick up cleanly.
Can we hire someone for one filing season rather than year round?
Yes. A season-bound engagement, priced and scoped for that window, is at least as common among Saudi practices as a standing arrangement, and either can convert into the other later.
Can one pod cover several clients approaching different Fatoora Phase 2 waves?
Yes, we can work through your client list against each one's revenue history and flag who sits in which wave, so integration work is sequenced against the deadlines ZATCA has actually set rather than treated as one blanket task.
