Sage Intacct support
Sage Intacct suits Saudi groups running multiple entities or departments, often a GCC subsidiary of a US or UK parent. Finbryn sets up dimension structures, multi-entity consolidations and the recurring reconciliations that keep a Saudi group's close on schedule alongside its IFRS statutory reporting.

Who in Saudi Arabia actually needs this platform
Sage Intacct tends to get adopted once a Saudi business genuinely runs multiple entities, branches or departments and needs reporting that a smaller platform cannot cut cleanly enough. Real estate groups, construction contractors running several projects under one parent, and professional services firms with more than one Saudi entity are the businesses that see the most value from it, particularly a GCC subsidiary whose US or UK parent already standardised on the platform.
What setup and ongoing support cover
We map the dimension structure to how the business actually wants to see results, by department, location or class, then build multi-entity consolidation with intercompany eliminations handled inside the platform rather than patched together in a spreadsheet every month. Bank, card and intercompany accounts get reconciled each period, recurring journals and allocations are configured once instead of rebuilt from scratch, and custom reports get built around whatever management actually looks at.
The licence stays yours, always
Your business holds and licenses Sage Intacct directly, not us. We work inside the instance on access you grant and can revoke at any point, which keeps both the platform and everything in it entirely under your control regardless of who is doing the monthly bookkeeping.
The statutory filing sitting underneath the group view
A Saudi entity running on Sage Intacct still needs its own IFRS or IFRS for SMEs financial statements, as endorsed by SOCPA, filed through the Ministry of Commerce's Qawaem platform, plus its own Zakat and corporate income tax return within 120 days of year end. We build the dimension structure and chart of accounts to support both that local filing and the group's consolidated view at once, keeping the Zakat base on the Saudi and GCC share separate from taxable income on any non-Saudi share the whole way through.
Questions
Frequently asked questions: Sage Intacct support
Who actually owns the Sage Intacct licence?
Your business does, always. We work inside the instance on access you grant and can revoke at any time.
Can Sage Intacct handle a group with several Saudi entities?
Yes, multi-entity consolidation with intercompany eliminations is one of the main reasons Saudi groups adopt it over a smaller platform.
Does this replace our own IFRS financial statements and Qawaem filing?
No, the Saudi entity still needs its own SOCPA-endorsed IFRS statements filed through Qawaem and its own Zakat and corporate tax return, whatever the group's consolidated platform is.
Can you support a multi-entity Sage Intacct consolidation?
Yes, including intercompany eliminations and entity-level reconciliations rolled into one consolidated set of reports.
Do we need our own Sage Intacct license?
Yes, you own and license the platform. We work inside your instance.
How do we get started with sage Intacct support?
Getting started with sage Intacct support begins with a short review of your current records and software access. Once that is done we confirm scope and timing in writing, and ongoing work begins on the schedule agreed with you.
What if our records for sage Intacct support are not up to date?
If your records are behind, we scope a catch-up first so sage Intacct support starts from a clean, reconciled base. That catch-up is priced and timed separately from the ongoing engagement, so you always know what each part costs.
