Capacity for firms, white-labeled

For accounting and tax firms

Short answer

Finbryn adds delivery capacity behind Saudi accounting practices, SMEs, startups and GCC subsidiaries: white-label bookkeeping, VAT and Zakat season prep support, dedicated staff pods, backlog cleanup, a review pass before your own reviewer signs off, and outsourced capacity planning. Anything needing representation before ZATCA, statutory audit, or a SOCPA-licensed professional title stays with your own licensed partner.

Capacity behind your own registration, not instead of it

A Saudi accounting practice, SME, startup or GCC subsidiary sits behind its own Ministry of Commerce Commercial Registration, its own Tax Identification Number and ZATCA registration, and, where a foreign shareholder is involved, a Ministry of Investment (MISA) licence. Finbryn does not hold any of these on a client's behalf. Our delivery team works inside your Zoho Books, QuickBooks Online, Odoo, SAP Business One, Qoyod or Daftra file, to whatever standard your own reviewer sets, and every filing with ZATCA and every statutory audit stays with your own registered people.

What we take on and what stays with a licensed partner

What we take on is production: categorising transactions, reconciling bank feeds, tying trial balances, building the workpapers behind a VAT return, a Zakat and corporate income tax return or a Transfer Pricing Disclosure Form, and preparing IFRS-format financial statements ready for the Ministry of Commerce's Qawaem filing. What stays outside our scope is representation before ZATCA, which needs a ZATCA-licensed tax agent partner, and statutory audit, which needs a SOCPA-licensed auditor. SOCPA also reserves its own professional titles for individually licensed members, so any partner-level sign-off we point to is reviewed by a senior reviewer and a corporate CFO, never claimed as a credential Finbryn holds itself.

Six ways Saudi businesses use this capacity

Some clients start with white-label bookkeeping produced under an accounting practice's own name for a block of SME and startup files. Others add capacity around the 120-day Zakat and corporate tax filing window, a VAT return cycle, or a Fatoora phase 2 integration wave. A family business absorbing a new subsidiary often wants a dedicated staff pod sized to its own book, while a GCC subsidiary of a US or UK group inheriting a backlog uses a fixed-scope cleanup project instead. Some firms want a second pass on a file before their own reviewer signs it, which is review support, and a business or practice still weighing outsourced capacity starts with a scoped pilot under outsourced capacity planning.

Where the work happens

Northlane Solutions Inc, the Delaware company you contract with, coordinates delivery. Our team's hours overlap the Saudi working day, so a file handed off in the afternoon in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam is often reconciled and waiting by the next morning, with senior review built into the same-day turnaround.

Questions

Frequently asked questions: For accounting and tax firms

Do you file our VAT, Zakat or corporate tax return with ZATCA?

No. We prepare the figures and the return input; filing runs through your own reviewer or a ZATCA-licensed tax agent partner.

Can your team hold itself out under a SOCPA-licensed professional title?

No. SOCPA licenses and reserves its professional titles for individually licensed members in the Kingdom. Where we reference partner-level sign-off, it reads as reviewed by a senior reviewer and a corporate CFO, not as a credential Finbryn claims for itself.

Do you perform the statutory audit?

No. Statutory audit stays with a SOCPA-licensed auditor. We prepare audit-ready books and IFRS financial statements for that auditor to work from.

What software do you work in?

Zoho Books, QuickBooks Online, Odoo, SAP Business One, Qoyod and Daftra, depending on what your business or practice already runs.

How is pricing structured for Saudi Arabia clients?

Pricing runs on volume, entity structure and the mix of services needed, not one flat rate. Current ranges are published on the pricing page and confirmed in writing before anything starts.

Can capacity flex around the Zakat and tax deadline or an e-invoicing wave?

Yes. Businesses often add support two to three weeks ahead of the 120-day Zakat and corporate tax deadline, a VAT filing date, or a Fatoora integration deadline, and scale it back once the filing clears.
