Sage Intacct support

Short answer

Sage Intacct shows up most often at US nonprofits and multi-entity companies that need fund accounting or entity-level consolidation. Finbryn handles dimension setup, multi-entity reconciliation and ongoing bookkeeping inside an existing or newly implemented Sage Intacct instance, connected to whatever payroll and payment tools the organization already runs.

Where Sage Intacct fits in the US market

Sage Intacct is common at two kinds of US organizations: nonprofits that need fund accounting and grant tracking under US GAAP, and multi-entity businesses in construction, real estate or professional services that need clean entity-level reporting rolled into one consolidated set of books. Both cases share the same underlying need, a dimension structure (department, location, fund, class) that actually maps to how the organization reports internally and externally.

What we support

We review and rebuild dimension structure where it no longer matches the organization's reporting, set up multi-entity consolidation with intercompany eliminations, and run bank, card and intercompany reconciliations each period. For nonprofits, that includes fund accounting setup consistent with net asset classifications and grant restriction tracking. For multi-entity businesses, it includes recurring allocations between entities and custom reports for whatever metric management, a board or an investor actually reviews.

Getting there from a legacy system

Most Sage Intacct instances did not start there. We support the migration from QuickBooks Online, Desktop or another legacy platform, mapping historical data into the new dimension structure and reconciling converted balances before anyone relies on the new reports.

Ownership and licensing

You hold your own Sage Intacct license; we work inside your instance rather than reselling or hosting the platform. Where a nonprofit's books feed into a Form 990 or a company's feed into a corporate return, we hand off reconciled, dimension-tagged books to the credentialed preparer who signs the return; we do not sign or file it ourselves.
