Bookkeeping built around Zoho Books, QuickBooks and Xero, not a platform of our own.

Monthly bookkeeping, plus the VAT, Zakat and tax preparation and payroll support companies in Saudi Arabia need around it.

Short answer

Finbryn's Saudi Arabia services start with monthly bookkeeping in Zoho Books, QuickBooks Online or Xero, kept Fatoora-ready, and extend to VAT reconciliation, Zakat and corporate income tax preparation support and payroll coordination. Filing and any representation before ZATCA is handled by you or by a ZATCA-licensed tax agent you appoint.

Bookkeeping

Books, reconciled every week

Monthly bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online, Xero or the platform you already run: every transaction sorted into categories, every bank and card account reconciled, and a clean set of reports each month.

Open (9)

Accounts payable and receivable

Bills paid on time, invoices collected on time

Vendor bills processed and paid, customer invoices sent and chased, and both ledgers reconciled every week so cash in and cash out are never a guess.

Open (5)

Month-end close and reporting

Books closed, numbers you can read

A repeatable monthly close that ties every account back to source records, then turns the result into management reports, KPI dashboards and board-ready packages. Built for businesses that need numbers fast enough to act on, not just file away.

Open (15)

Payroll support

Payroll, coordinated and reconciled

Coordination with the payroll platform you already run pay through, plus the accounting work around it: pay-run review, journal entries, contractor payments and benefit deductions reconciled to your books every period.

Open (3)

Tax preparation support

Filing-ready, prepared by people who already know your books

Return preparation and filing support across US federal and state, UK, Australian, Canadian, Hong Kong and EU obligations, built from books we already reconcile and reviewed by a credentialed signer or registered filing partner before anything is filed.

Open (5)

Virtual CFO and advisory

A finance lead, on a part-time basis

Fractional CFO and financial planning work: cash forecasting, budgeting, KPI design, investor and lender reporting, and support through a raise, an acquisition or a sale.

Open (8)

Audit and compliance support

Books ready before the auditor shows up

Books, schedules and documentation built to hold up under an external auditor, a grant funder or a readiness review, prepared by our accounting team so the audit itself moves faster and with fewer follow-up requests.

Open (5)

Business setup and compliance

Entity formation and the filings that keep it current

Support for forming a company and keeping it in good standing: formation paperwork prepared, a registered agent or office coordinated, and the recurring filings tracked so nothing lapses. Anything that requires a specific filer designation or government signature is named and routed to that credentialed party.

Open (4)

For accounting and tax firms

Capacity for firms, white-labeled

Back-office capacity for accounting, bookkeeping and tax firms: white-label bookkeeping, busy-season overflow, dedicated staff pods and review support, delivered under your firm's name.

Open (6)

Software and migrations

Set up right, connected right

Setup, cleanup and migration work for the accounting platform and the tools around it: QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite and Sage Intacct, plus the integrations that feed them, so the software matches how the business actually runs.

Open (5)

Special situations

For the books that do not fit a monthly close

Bookkeeping for the situations a standard monthly close does not cover: years of backlog, missing records, a platform shutdown, a dormant entity, a wind-down, or several locations that need one consolidated view.

What we cover

  • Monthly bookkeeping

Transactions coded, accounts reconciled and figures delivered monthly, with digital records kept Fatoora-ready for e-invoicing.

  • VAT reconciliation

Output and input VAT matched against invoices and the bank statement each month, whichever filing frequency your Commercial Registration sits on.

  • Zakat and corporate income tax preparation

The Zakat base on any Saudi or GCC ownership and the corporate income tax on any non-Saudi ownership prepared as separate schedules, ready for a ZATCA-licensed tax agent to file.

  • Payroll and GOSI coordination

Payroll journals posted into your ledger each pay run, coordinated with wages paid through Mudad under the Wage Protection Program and with GOSI contribution reporting.

Questions

Questions about what we offer

Do you file VAT, Zakat or tax returns yourselves?

We prepare the figures, schedules and Transfer Pricing Disclosure Form where one is needed. Filing, and any representation before ZATCA, is completed by you or by a ZATCA-licensed tax agent you appoint.

Which software do you support?

Zoho Books, QuickBooks Online and Xero, alongside tools for capturing receipts and invoices in a Fatoora-compatible format.

Can I start with just bookkeeping and add more later?

Yes. Most clients start with monthly bookkeeping and add payroll coordination or Zakat and tax preparation once the business needs it.

Is catch-up work for a backlog priced differently?

Yes, per backlog month, quoted once we have looked at the state of your existing records.

Do you prepare the audit-ready financial statements our auditor asks for?

Yes, we prepare IFRS financial statements as endorsed by SOCPA, checked by a senior reviewer and a corporate CFO before they reach you. The statutory audit itself is performed only by your SOCPA-licensed auditor.

Can services be combined, such as bookkeeping alongside payroll and tax preparation support?

Yes, combining two or more services rather than using just one in isolation is common, since bookkeeping, payroll and the Zakat-and-tax split all draw on the same underlying records.
