Board packs
A board pack for UAE companies, built from the same closed books as your monthly management reports, covering financial performance, KPIs and cash runway, delivered with enough lead time to read before the meeting, whether your board sits in Dubai, a DIFC or ADGM structure, or overseas.

Reviewer's note
Software is up on last month after two seats were added mid-month. Revenue includes one milestone invoice that will not repeat next month.

Why the pack cannot be a rebuild
Assembling a board deck from a separate spreadsheet the week before the meeting is how a founder ends up fielding a question about why this number does not match what the board saw last quarter. The pack we build pulls from the same closed ledger behind the KPI dashboard and the management report already circulating that month, so nothing needs reconciling twice under pressure.
What a UAE board actually opens
A financial summary covering profit and loss, balance sheet and cash position, a KPI page benchmarked against the last few quarters and whatever target the board set, a runway and burn figure for a business still spending investor money, and a short page naming the one or two decisions the board actually needs to make that sitting, not just review.
DIFC and ADGM boards expect their own paper
A fund vehicle or holding structure sitting in the DIFC or ADGM, each running its own English common-law court system independent of Dubai's onshore framework, usually arrives with a template its investors have already seen elsewhere. We build inside that existing format instead of handing directors something in ours and asking them to translate it.
Timed to when directors actually read
You set how many working days ahead the pack needs to land, and it lands on that schedule, because a pack that arrives the morning of the meeting gets skimmed in the lobby, not read with any real attention beforehand.
The last check before it goes out
A senior reviewer reads the pack against the underlying ledger before it reaches you, working inside whichever accounting file, Zoho Books, QuickBooks Online or Xero, the business already runs on.
Questions
Frequently asked questions: Board packs
How far ahead of the meeting is the pack ready?
The pack is built to a schedule you set, typically several working days before the meeting so there is time to review it properly first.
Can the pack match a DIFC or ADGM investor template?
Yes. We work from a template you provide or from the format your investors already expect.
Does the pack cover cash runway for funded companies?
Yes, a cash runway and burn-rate view is included where the business is externally funded and tracking towards a specific runway target.
How far ahead of the board meeting is the pack ready?
The pack is built to a schedule you set, typically several days ahead of the meeting so there is time to review it first.
Can the pack match a template our board already uses?
Yes. We work from a template you provide or from the format your investors expect.
How do we get started with board packs?
Getting started with board packs begins with a short review of your current records and software access. Once that is done we confirm scope and timing in writing, and ongoing work begins on the schedule agreed with you.
What if our records for board packs are not up to date?
If your records are behind, we scope a catch-up first so board packs starts from a clean, reconciled base. That catch-up is priced and timed separately from the ongoing engagement, so you always know what each part costs.
