The process

Access and review
We get access to your FreshBooks account and review current invoicing and expense setup.

Scope and engagement letter
Invoice and transaction volume set the scope and fee, confirmed in writing before work starts.

Bank feed connection
We connect or tidy bank feeds so transactions flow into categorization without manual entry.

Monthly categorization
Transactions are categorized against a chart of accounts sized for a service business.

Reconciliation and invoice tie-out
Bank and card accounts are reconciled to statements, and FreshBooks invoices are matched against actual deposits.

Close and reporting
The month closes on the agreed date, producing a plain-language profit and loss.

Review and delivery
