Finbryn provides text and call updates for people who send an inquiry or book a call on this website, after they tick an unchecked consent box beside an optional mobile number. We send no marketing. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. The consent text below is version sms-2026-10-23-v2.
Program name and sender
The program is called "Finbryn text and call updates". The sender is Finbryn LLC, a Texas limited liability company. The program is for mobile numbers on U.S. carriers.
How you opt in
On this website, the contact form and the booking form each have an optional mobile number field. To opt in, type your mobile number and tick the consent box. The box starts unchecked, so you have to tick it yourself.

What messages we send
We send texts and make phone calls for these purposes:
- Replies to your inquiry.
- Scheduling and confirming calls.
- Updates about services you have engaged us for, such as a document we still need or the status of work.
We do not send marketing, promotional or bulk messages.
How often
Message frequency varies. It depends on your inquiry or on the work we are doing for you.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets those rates under your own plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stop and help
Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe at any time. You can also email hello@finbryn.com. After you reply STOP, we send one confirmation text and then no more texts. To start getting texts again, reply START. You can decline phone calls about your inquiry too, by telling us at hello@finbryn.com or +1 (224) 593-2454.

Consent is optional
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. The mobile number field is optional, and the form works without a phone number.
Your number is not shared for marketing
We never sell mobile numbers or SMS consent. We never share them with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our business phone and messaging provider handles the messages only to deliver them for us.
Records we keep
When you tick the box, we keep three things with your inquiry: the time, the version of the consent text and the page the form was on. We keep them for as long as we keep the inquiry or engagement they belong to. How we handle personal data more generally is in our privacy policy.
