The process

Confirm what the report needs to cover, the case timeline, and which underlying calculations the expert wants built or reviewed.

Organize the analysis into exhibit form, cross-referenced back to the underlying schedule and source document for every figure.

Send drafts to the testifying expert for review and revision before anything is treated as final.

Rebuttal analysis
Where an opposing report exists, work through its methodology against the underlying data and prepare a sourced rebuttal schedule.

Update the same working file as new documents surface or the case schedule requires, rather than rebuilding from scratch.

Pricing
Expert-witness support is quoted per engagement based on how much underlying analysis and exhibit work the report requires, not billed at a fixed monthly rate.
