Finbryn's board pack is the financial summary, KPI page, cash runway view and one-page narrative you send your board before each meeting, built in Google Sheets, Excel or Fathom from the same closed books used for your monthly reporting so nothing in it needs to be re-explained or reconciled once people are in the room.

The process
- 1.
Confirm the template and cadence
We agree the pack format, the pages included and the delivery date relative to your board meeting schedule during onboarding.
- 2.
Close the books
The month-end close is finalized first, since every figure in the pack is pulled from that closed trial balance.
- 3.
Build the financial and KPI pages
Profit and loss, balance sheet, cash position and the KPI page are populated directly from the closed data, not retyped.
- 4.
Draft the narrative
A one-page narrative names what moved, what needs a decision, and any risk the board should know about before the meeting.
- 5.
Internal review
A senior reviewer reviews the full pack for accuracy and tone before it reaches you for final sign-off.
- 6.
Deliver ahead of the meeting
The finished pack is sent by the agreed date, leaving real reading time before directors walk into the room.
