The process

System and question mapping
We identify which source systems hold the relevant data and confirm the specific questions the dashboards need to answer before selecting tooling.

Fivetran or Airbyte is configured for your source systems and a validation sync confirms the data lands correctly in the warehouse.

Metric definition
Revenue, margin, cash position and other core metrics are defined once, in writing, agreed with you before any dashboard is built on top of them.

Dashboard build
Dashboards are built in Power BI, Looker Studio or Metabase against the shared metric layer, not recalculated independently per report.

Ongoing Fivetran or Airbyte subscription costs scale with data volume and bill directly to your own account rather than being marked up through us; our time for ongoing maintenance, if that stays part of the engagement, is scoped separately.
